Bea Anderson, Freedom Together’s Head of Faculty, draws on their Black Choctaw and Jamaican Maroon roots to integrate mindfulness with ancestral wisdom for community transformation. A leader, teacher, and mentor, they bring 30+ years of liberatory education and somatic practice to the Mindfulness Teacher Training Program.

Nathan Baptiste
Nathan Baptiste, founder of EDI Mindfulness Consulting, is a graduate of the Freedom Together Mindfulness Teacher Training Program and a certified mindfulness instructor specializing in mindful leadership and equity. His 20+ years of practice supports organizations in building collective wellness and belonging.
